The Lazarus Organization, a private international business consulting firm with offices worldwide, has agreed to represent Monkeetech, LLC, a software development firm based in New York in raising funds for their patent pending credit card fraud prevention system. ”Monkeetech, LLC was highly recommended to our firm by Kenneth Carnesi, who heads our Board of Directors” stated a spokesman for Lazarus. ” We researched the top ten U.S. patents concerned with credit card fraud prevention and we are convinced that there is nothing quite like the Monkeetech, LLC system in both ease of integration and in total effectiveness.”

Monkeetech, LLC has recently acquired a provisional patent for their system and expects to complete the U.S. patent process well within the year. The functionality of this credit card fraud prevention system originates at the point of sale and acts not only as an effective deterrent; but also to memorialize and evidence the fraudulent act as it occurs for future prosecution.

A spokesman for The Lazarus Organization has indicated that interest in the fraud prevention system is already high;not only among a number of the traditional investment banking sources, but also within the security industry itself. “We are talking to quite a few potential investors, but we have not yet agreed to terms with anyone. Right now, our client wishes to keep all of its options open, as we are considering suitors in both Europe and the U.S.”

Kenneth Carnesi, who sits on the Board of Directors of The Lazarus Organization, and has also assisted Monkeetech, LLC in the creation of their organization and in the filing of a number of copyrights and patent applications, recognized immediately the inherent value of this credit card fraud prevention system. ” I knew when I completed my patent search of existing patents and filed the Monkeetechapplication that the Monkeetech, LLC system has the potential to outperform anything currently being considered by the market” commented Mr. Carnesi. “I then presented the opportunity to The Lazarus Organization, and even though the Organization is now primarily focused upon the oil & gas and telecommunication industries, the firm agreed that this is an extraordinary opportunity for diversification”.
